Didn't really celebrate 4th of July (the fog was so thick, we only saw silhouettes of the fireworks); Anyway, Mikey-Ike cooked an amazing 4th of July dinner. Above: broiled salmon; veggies were sauteed brussels sprout with bits of bacon and white onions. Just the way I like my salmon - not too moist and slightly dry. *salmon is not my favorite fish but when made right, I'd die for it.
And I had champange. =))) Perfect way to celebrate Independence Day!
Life is sweet then the mean clouds came in the next day, but for those few hours I was in Cloud 9 =)
