I think you'll like this documentary. K. Lagerfeld, he talks about relationships (i.e. friendship, partnership, etc...), life, and of course, art.
It fascinated me, throughout.
K.L. is a very interesting person and I think that after watching this you'll get a gist of what he is.
It may not tell you a lot of about himself, but rather the documentarians fascination of him, still you'll get something out of it.
Also, the way Rodolphe Marconi shot this documentary is just beautiful - very artistic.
He followed K.L. for two years and I thought the cinematography was just gorgeous and well done.
I like R.M.'s style.

Anyway,
I think Karl has such a great
fashion ego and a certain stigma
to him. In one of his interview he tells how he will love you as a friend but if you cross him he will assassinate you.

He talked about that on the documentary! Lol. He didn't say that exactly but something to that effect. Very strong character indeed.
We rented it. It's been out, since last year. Check your local Blockbuster =)
But hey! B/c you guys have your Summer there first, you know the fashion before everyone =)
