Yesterday, I made some biscuits, Southern Style. It was the right consistency, it was light and soft. But then the taste was just horrendous... Made me very sad.
Today, I thought I should try it again...
Tada...
Nothing like KFC's biscuit, but almost there =))) Not as buttery (what would happen I wonder if I add some more butter...?)
It's edible.

You have this with... honey or jam or just a lil bit of butter (which is my fave).
Oh sooo... delicious...
I'm going to try this again... By the way, if you are going to make some of this... follow Alton Brown's recipe (food network). But I think it needs a lil bit of tweking- I'll let you know what that is when I get around to it again =). Easy to make =) And fun!
