shaking so much in

In grandma's house.

Mostly I go to my grande mama
to do laundry.
But not any type of laundry.
We do
bonding.

Over the safe humms
of the machines
we talk through
neighbours
loves
losses
relatives
things in the past
things that have been told before
her things

Then we take a nap
before the humming
stops.

Have acoffee
while things dry.
And talk a bit more.

It is called quality time.

At times

Usually I come home awfully hungry.
Then I make dinner.
Have some together time with my boi.
Followed by reading of books, gardening or a movie.
Then I sleep.

At times sleeping is the best thing I know.

For a living.

Sometimes people ask me what I work with.
I tell them that in my profession I read a lot.


I go to important meetings.


Then some more meetings..


And mostly I tell them that I work hard.


Just like everybody else.
